Community Connectors Project
Community Connectors Pilot Project
Need help or have questions on your newcomer journey?
Connect with your Community Connectors!
They’ll guide you to the right services for your specific needs and follow up to make sure you get the support you’re looking for.
This pilot project takes a grassroots approach built on trust and connection, enabling Community Connectors, who are community members with first-hand experience and cultural awareness, to guide newcomers through their settlement and integration journey. The project aims to foster collaboration, create a welcoming and inclusive environment, and connect newcomers with local community services based on their needs so they can benefit from collective knowledge and resources.
